The beautician smelt of cigarette smoke during my treatment. This did not effect her treatment of me but was a little of putting.

The beautician was helpful and put me at ease. It is a pity she is leaving the salon. I think the service was good, but Kudos is over-priced for the area.

Drinks could have been offered / come quicker. The toilet by the hair washing isn't great, when people are coming and going when you are sat there.

I'm happy with the service I receive at kudos and Nicola that does my hair is lovely and does a fantastic job.. I recommend you to my friends but rarely use you as your expensive! Which I'm beginning to feel too. I was promised vouchers with offers and for my birthday which I have never received since coming to you and I have for several years. I have mentioned this on previous e-mails and still no response I will continue to use kudos as Nicola knows my hair and has never got it wrong.

I arrived for my appointment on time but stylist running late... that wasn't a problem but was not offered refreshments but other clients were, and my haircut and finish seemed rushed as next client waiting. Very disappointing as i am a regular and paid over £60. This has made me re think about booking again!
