As soon as you enter the salon You are acknowledged straight away with a smile and a hello. My therapist was running behind. (This happens) the receptionist offered me refreshments. Tessa came downstairs to introduce herself and explain she’s a little behind. I was happy drinking my coffee enjoying the environment. My treatments were done very professionally. And with care. I have a mobility disability. Tessa was very patient and understanding. Therefore I will be booking future appointments. Such a friendly lovely salon. Thank you Tessa. I’m now ready for my holidays. X
