I have been a customer for years and like the girl that does my hair. However, my last visit was not to the level of my expectations - the apron that was put on me by an assistant had someone else's hair still on. It just instantly felt dirty. Then, the same assistant was instructed to wash my hair and take my foils out. She pointed at a dirty sink for me to sit - still with someone else brown hair colour in it! I refused and sat next to it. The fact that she offered it to me as it was absolutely normal is not what I would expect. It is a treat to myself to have my hair done and I would like to enjoy the experience from clean and modern surroundings to excellent service. I hope this feedback helps you to deliver it.
