Comment
I've been a Kudos customer for five years now and have had my hair styled by three stylists during that time. I appreciate how I'm treated - as an individual - and the thought that staff show towards clients. For example, if my usual stylist is not going to be available I'm told in advance and we discuss who would be best suited to cut my hair in the meantime.
