Very pleased with 99 % of my visit, only critique would be that I didn’t feel very welcome when I first walked in. Vague hello and then got a hand waved in the general direction of a chair and told to sit. I get that everyone was busy but as it was my first time there, someone greeting me would have been nice. When it came time to check computer for whatever reason, two people went to it, so a 2 mins meet and greet would go a long way to making people feel more welcome. My cut is very nice and I will go back again, maybe it was an off day

Absolutely love my new haircut! The stylist was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. Great atmosphere and top-notch service—highly recommend!
