It is a pleasure to have your hair done. It’s relaxing and staff listen to what you want. They advise on style and treatments but they take you into account. Staff are friendly and you are always offered a drink.

Sally was brilliant, she really took on what I described at the start of my appointment and created a shape I am really happy with, will be returning for a maintenance appointment for sure!

The salon is so friendly and the conversations cover everything under the sun! I always have a laugh when I visit Kathryn's and their friendliness brightens up the day. Sally takes great care when styling my hair and gives great advice about conditioning, colouring etc.
