Jo and Cass is one of the most progressive salon groups in the UK. Jo Ireland and Graham Cass began their creative partnership in 1996 having recognised the need for a world class hair salon in the North West.

I always wait a few days before giving a review because that initial high of walking out of the salon might not be the same after. But I have to say Joseph at Jo and Cass has been brilliant again! Totally intuitive and listened to what I wanted (roots + balayage + foils + cut + blow dry). Had a fringe cut after years of not - he talked me through everything (plus there's a complimentary fringe trim when it grows out!) I have been in for only roots before and had the same brilliant treatment. All the staff are ace! And there's a menu of complimentary coffee/tea/wine! You won't regret booking in here (and watching a fish tank of beautiful fish while you get your hair washed is a bonus 😄)
