My son normally goes to his own barbers, but I told him to come to mine for a change as they are always so good. You get drinks, they wash your hair the full works, massage chair. My son came out so upset, firstly the barber was 20mins late with no apology and never spoke. He did not wash his hair, despite there being product in it that I could tell was making it difficult to cut, just spray water, no drink offered, my son showed the man a picture, nothing too technical, the hair cut was absolutely nothing like it. It cost the price of an adult haircut as well. My 12 year old son was devastated, and was so looking forward to it, his words "what a waste of money, don't take me there again".

The staff were polite and I was happy with the hair cut but it felt a bit rushed and over priced for the service I received

I apologise for the ratings but I did not feel this was great service. The cut was .ok.. not even offered a drink. My hair was not finished with straighteners as always is. Just left a little unfinished and 'wispy'... Staff on phones .. just a little unprofessional I feel.

Usually I love this salon and never had a problem before but this time it was awful. It’s been a few days and still not feeling any happier. My fringe was absolutely butchered and I mean butchered. Iv had to go home and try to salvage it the best I can but im so embarrassed and upset about it. I only get my hair cut maybe twice a year at a push and I always like the leave with my hair feeling fresh. But Iv left with all my split ends still in tact. My ends still look all damaged and frayed. I appreciate I did say that I wanted to keep my long hair but I also said I’m happy to take off and inch or so to make sure all the ends were cleaned up. She took so little off that all my ends are still damaged. When you’re paying over £50 for a cut you want to know it’s a thorough cut….the blow dry shouldn’t take longer than the actually hair cut. Twice I told her that my fringe had been ruined and twice she just smiled and said “no Iv just blended it in” you can clearly see off the pic that nothing has been blended and everything is uneven. I made it very clear I like a very curved shaped fringe. She just cut straight across and cut it all off on one side but missed half of it so when brushed and sitting naturally I have two fringes….the one I went in with and the one she massacred. Between that and the split ends still being there and the layers that are non existent I’m really gutted about it. Going to have to pay again to try and have it fixed

The receptionist was really rude. I bought hair product and questioned if I could return it, due to find it cheaper online. I then received a rude response and felt I was looked down on for trying to save some money. I was responded with ‘you can’t return it just because you found it cheaper online’. He then put me on hold without saying and stated I can return it on what days. The hair dresser styling my hair was ragging my hair with the hair brush, she could see my eyes squinting due the the pain yet carried on. Jo and cass is a go to place for me when it comes to hair but probably not after today

Not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Very loud drilling whilst maintenance was being carried out. £52 a very poor haircut once the curls were washed out. Fortunately hair grows back! But I will not be returning to this salon.
