Beautiful salon the stylists are so lucky to work in an environment like that Cute haircut received No explanation of what was being used at the back wash , wasn't even asked if the water temperature was ok for me No offer of a treatment or what would be good for my hair type Hair from another client on the floor at my section 30 degrees heat outside and not even "offered" a refreshment although a huge bar is in the salon No aftercare or offered or a rebook in 6 weeks I am gutted about the service - all I wanted was to find a salon that wanted me and would give me a not just a great haircut but a great service Every new client is a client from another salon - never forget that

Felt the need to message my friend while in a massage chair with a glass of wine, might need to budget this in as a weekly occurrence to destress! Joe was so welcoming and gives the best head massage!

I was very disappointed with the whole experience today. When I arrived for my appointment I was waiting at the reception for about 5 minutes before I was seen to and then another few minutes before my appointment was confirmed as the hairdresser couldn’t find my booking even though I had been sent a message confirming my appointment. After getting my appointment confirmed, I was then asked by the hairdresser who was going to look after me what I wavered done even though I had already explained all this before. So I explained I had booked for full colour and trim. The hairdresser coloured my hair and then left me to attend to another client. It was coming on to an hour and I tried to get someone’s attention as I was getting concerned about being left there without anyone checking if hair was ready for wash. One of the male hairdresser got my attention and he took me to get my hair washed and midway through the original hairdresser came back to finish washing my hair. The hairdresser then asked what I wanted doing with my hair and I said just a trim which she did and curled it. In the whole 2hrs I was there, never once was I offered a drink yet other customers seem to be offered one. The hairdresser then asked me to come to the reception whilst I was still in the gown which u removed and left it on the reception desk. When ur cand to paint she charged me more than I was quoted and when I questioned it, I was told it was because she had to use extra dye on my hair yet all I was having dune was just my roots!! I was so shocked!! I will never use this company again as I felt customer service was the worse I’ve had and would never recommend them. So disappointed with the whole experience!!!
