I always enjoy my visit to the salon. I’d recommend the toilets have a refurb as it’s the only thing that lets down the look and feel of the visit.

All of the stylists are very good. Olivia is excellent. My only complaint is that the toilets are usually dirty, no loo roll and no hooks on the back of doors to hang your bag meaning having to place it on the dirty floor. Such a shame as the salon looks good on the surface.

I learnt so much about managing my curls which I’ve never found anywhere else. I can’t wait to try out the tips I got and Natalie came across as really passionate about what she does, it’s not just a job for her and she know her stuff! The only negative is the price, it feels like a pamper so I get it but with curly hair when you can’t get a blow out £45 is steep for a cut but this time it was totally worth it for the advice and there maybe cheaper options more suited for what I need in the future :)

The staff at Jo and Cass Preston are always proffessional, polite and helpful. The studio always looks clean even during busy periods. Very happy customer.

I appreciate the stylists honesty at this hairdressers they tell you if the style you want will work with your hair or not and also give you plenty of tips about styling. There is never any pressure to buy products though, as there can be with other salons. The salon itself is lovely and spacious so you feel you can talk to your stylist without other clients being able to hear also. Particularly good if there's something you're self concious about that you need to discuss. I would recommend this salon to anyone and have in the past brought members of my family who have needed a lot of advice on problem hair.
