I forgot to take a before and after pic lol my hair was an absolute disaster before I came in today. But props to Britney. She did an amazing job. I asked for a difficult transition, the type of stubborn hair colour and style which I haven’t been able to achieve in years, after seeing different hair stylists. This colour gives me so much confidence. The change itself is radical enough that I’ve had people do a double take when they saw me. Even though the salon was busy, I was more than looked after. I really enjoyed the hair washing and massage, it was so relaxing. And the whole process didn’t take too long, despite how difficult it looked that it would be. It goes to show how skilled and professional Britney and the staff were, as they took care of everything. Earlier today, I just left a not so good job, after months of stress and anxiety. Having this appointment afterwards, and getting a much better result than I expected meant a lot to me. I’ve been coming to the salon for a few months now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Today was extra special, so thank you guys very much! I needed it.

Daniel is amazing with his work.He knows what he is doing, I just had to explain a bit roughly what I wanted and the end result was even better than what I expected.He is professional, polite and respectful! Highly recommended!

I was very disappointed with the whole experience today. When I arrived for my appointment I was waiting at the reception for about 5 minutes before I was seen to and then another few minutes before my appointment was confirmed as the hairdresser couldn’t find my booking even though I had been sent a message confirming my appointment. After getting my appointment confirmed, I was then asked by the hairdresser who was going to look after me what I wavered done even though I had already explained all this before. So I explained I had booked for full colour and trim. The hairdresser coloured my hair and then left me to attend to another client. It was coming on to an hour and I tried to get someone’s attention as I was getting concerned about being left there without anyone checking if hair was ready for wash. One of the male hairdresser got my attention and he took me to get my hair washed and midway through the original hairdresser came back to finish washing my hair. The hairdresser then asked what I wanted doing with my hair and I said just a trim which she did and curled it. In the whole 2hrs I was there, never once was I offered a drink yet other customers seem to be offered one. The hairdresser then asked me to come to the reception whilst I was still in the gown which u removed and left it on the reception desk. When ur cand to paint she charged me more than I was quoted and when I questioned it, I was told it was because she had to use extra dye on my hair yet all I was having dune was just my roots!! I was so shocked!! I will never use this company again as I felt customer service was the worse I’ve had and would never recommend them. So disappointed with the whole experience!!!
