Whilst I found the cut itself brilliant, I found the interactions of the appointment a little awkward. I had booked in a cut and blowdry and when speaking about the service I needed, the stylist was aware of the length and condition of my hair. Because of my availability, I could only make a later apt however after the apt was finished, the stylist said for future apts I should put in the notes on the website that the apt will take longer and for the stylist to allow for time. I have never had this feedback before and felt a bit of an inconvenience.

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and Teagan always makes my hair so beautiful and healthy looking. All the staff and very warm, friendly and it’s such a relaxing peaceful environment. Always recommend to friends.

Was really disappointed, going to the hairdressers is supposed to make you feel good about yourself not the opposite. I had to go home and start fixing the haircut myself it was awful and the way it was blow dried was just awful too. I came out looking much worse than I did before and was so ashamed to be seen on the way home. I was genuinely upset as it was my first time going to a hairdressers In a long time after a bad experience and I even told the hairdresser that but she barely spoke to me throughout the appointment and did not show any compassion about my being self conscious about having thin hair. I’m sure she knew I didn’t like it, she didn’t look like she did either. It was everything I said I didn’t want, it’s was very disconnected and looked like 2 different haircuts. And the hair wash was painful to be honest she kept scratching my ears with her nails and when she took me back to the chair to comb my hair she did a couple of strokes and gave up, she made me feel very self conscious about my thinning hair. All in all, I came away feeling really sad and I wouldn’t want anyone else to feel that way. You never know what’s going on in someone’s life and in my opinion you should come away from an appointment feeling amazing not ashamed and embarrassed. Will not be returning unfortunately.
