I was very disappointed with the whole experience today. When I arrived for my appointment I was waiting at the reception for about 5 minutes before I was seen to and then another few minutes before my appointment was confirmed as the hairdresser couldn’t find my booking even though I had been sent a message confirming my appointment. After getting my appointment confirmed, I was then asked by the hairdresser who was going to look after me what I wavered done even though I had already explained all this before. So I explained I had booked for full colour and trim. The hairdresser coloured my hair and then left me to attend to another client. It was coming on to an hour and I tried to get someone’s attention as I was getting concerned about being left there without anyone checking if hair was ready for wash. One of the male hairdresser got my attention and he took me to get my hair washed and midway through the original hairdresser came back to finish washing my hair. The hairdresser then asked what I wanted doing with my hair and I said just a trim which she did and curled it. In the whole 2hrs I was there, never once was I offered a drink yet other customers seem to be offered one. The hairdresser then asked me to come to the reception whilst I was still in the gown which u removed and left it on the reception desk. When ur cand to paint she charged me more than I was quoted and when I questioned it, I was told it was because she had to use extra dye on my hair yet all I was having dune was just my roots!! I was so shocked!! I will never use this company again as I felt customer service was the worse I’ve had and would never recommend them. So disappointed with the whole experience!!!

Just for washing my hair and cutting the ends I paid £38.40 plus a £9.60 deposit. The woman who was supposed to take care of me was more focused on walking and talking to her friends.

Really awful client experience. Difficult to book. Phones unanswered. Feedback treated as if I'm at fault. Reception disinterested. I booked online, but no confirmation was sent despite the deposit being taken. I rang to confirm. No answer despite repeated attempts. In the end I rang the "Ring us if there's a problem number" and no one wanted to help. I rang the other salons and they offered to "put something out on the manager's chat" then said they'd call me back but didn't take my name or number. The contact by phone was so difficult that when I arrived at the salon, asked if your phone lines were down and explained about the problem I'd had, the person literally replied with, "Sorry, but that's not my problem. We don't have a receptionist". I asked who was in charge and she pointed vaguely across the room and said, "Brittany". Hair Stylist (Shaun) seemed competent, took time to understand my requirements then never engaged in any conversation whatsoever after that. Nothing at all. Not unpleasant, just not interested. I tried to let him know about the booking problem and he just shrugged. It may be a decent cut - I'll see when I wash it myself - but the experience was cold, disinterested, on the edge of hostile. I left feeling deflated and insulted. Utterly vile experience.

Been coming For years always great service and staff, But salon always looks dirty now. Looks it’s not been cleaned in a year.
