Usually I love this salon and never had a problem before but this time it was awful. It’s been a few days and still not feeling any happier. My fringe was absolutely butchered and I mean butchered. Iv had to go home and try to salvage it the best I can but im so embarrassed and upset about it. I only get my hair cut maybe twice a year at a push and I always like the leave with my hair feeling fresh. But Iv left with all my split ends still in tact. My ends still look all damaged and frayed. I appreciate I did say that I wanted to keep my long hair but I also said I’m happy to take off and inch or so to make sure all the ends were cleaned up. She took so little off that all my ends are still damaged. When you’re paying over £50 for a cut you want to know it’s a thorough cut….the blow dry shouldn’t take longer than the actually hair cut. Twice I told her that my fringe had been ruined and twice she just smiled and said “no Iv just blended it in” you can clearly see off the pic that nothing has been blended and everything is uneven. I made it very clear I like a very curved shaped fringe. She just cut straight across and cut it all off on one side but missed half of it so when brushed and sitting naturally I have two fringes….the one I went in with and the one she massacred. Between that and the split ends still being there and the layers that are non existent I’m really gutted about it. Going to have to pay again to try and have it fixed
