I am visiting Kendal and needed a haircut. I was recommended Jo and Cass and booked in with Elicia. The whole experience was lovely. I was welcomed into the salon very warmly and treated so well throughout my visit. Elicia was so lovely, friendly, a great communicator and a great hairdresser. I am very pleased with my haircut and would definitely go back to Elicia at Jo and Cass.
