I arrived at your Morecambe salon at 10.30 today 28/12/25, my appointment was at 10.45. My stylist was running late by about 15 mins , this wasn’t a problem. We discussed what was to be done and my stylist commenced my treatment, foils. She was then asked to tend to a client who had come on the wrong day. From then on my visit went downhill, it was approximately 1.15 when my hair was washed and a toner was put on. I was then shown back to my chair about 13.50. Bearing in mind I watched clients come and go and for some reason I was still there. Eventually I went to find my stylist to ask who was blow drying my hair ( no cut involved) my stylist said they were just deciding who was going to do this. I told the young girl who came to dry it just to blast it , I.d had enough by then. I’m happy with the colour but the overall experience which I was charged £82.35 was pretty baffling and not enjoyable or relaxing for me.I left the salon at just gone 2 :( I.ve never experienced anything like this before while visiting this salon.
