I was feeling very unhappy with my hair but at a loss with what I wanted to do with it. I normally cheap-skate with haircuts, but thought I'd spend a bit more in the hope of a better cut. It was well worth the few pounds extra, Carly really listened to what I was aiming for, thought about how my hair falls naturally and came up with a cut that was exactly what I was hoping for, with lots of advice on how to style it too. No more cheap-skating for me!
