Jo and Cass is one of the most progressive salon groups in the UK. Jo Ireland and Graham Cass began their creative partnership in 1996 having recognised the need for a world class hair salon in the North West.

As always you are treated like an important valued customer from the moment you walk through the door. You are welcomed by the reception team who are so professional and greet you with enthusiasm, this continues as you are shown to your seat and even then asked if you are happy with the allocated chair or not. Then you are offered an array of beverages that would put high street coffee stores up for a challenge to match. Once your stylist arrives, they are filled with as much vigor if not more, wanting to know how they can assists. Often offering tips and advice that you feel confident following. You leave Jo and Cass feeling you have spent money worthy of the service that you have received from highly trained professional staff.
