Jess was lovely and very professional. I also had my nails and eyebrows done by Nicola and she did a brilliant job and was very friendly.

Always enjoy the experience. Staff friendly and attentive. Last visit the work station was not clean. Hair on the floor and used clippers on the side also full of hair. Receptionist and hair stylist both made efforts to clear up.

Jo and Cass is always lovely, but pricey, and eventually one have to give up the luxury... Have J&C considered promotions or loyalty cards?. I think going 4-6 times a years is becoming too expensive, as other local talented (cheaper) options are becoming very attractive to the purse and worth considering...

the whole experience is wonderful. improvement to be made on the hair products they use, Wella is the worst I ever have. All the environment, service, stylist I can rate nearly 5 stars, but the hair product they use are so cheap, not worth for that price. I did full-color, there not with treatment or not hv a selection for me to do hair treatment. when I back home and do the wash after a day, you can tell how bad the product damaged your hair. My hair used to be very soft, but after the color, is superdry and rough. I don't mind to pay higher price to receive better qulity of product for my hair. Highly recommend them to upgrade the product. I know there good products can avoid those problems.

Not up to standard of previous visits. Shown to a mirror with a dirty shelf Hairdresser took a while to arrive and quickly cleaned the shelf when I remarked on it. Hairwash downstairs is nothing like upstairs. Haircut and blow dry was fab. Hairdresser gave excellent service. Environment downstairs is wanting.

Both myself and my daughters visit your salon on a very regular basis. We see the following members of staff on our regular appointments, all of which provide superb, friendly and very professional service on each and every visit. They make us feel extremely comfortable and welcome each and every time. The only criticism I have is the equipment provided in the beauty section could do with an update. Often the nail lamps don't work or bulbs are out in the beauty rooms or supplies are extremely low with the girls often having to share products between clients at the same time. This doesn't make their jobs very easy at all. It would be nice to see some further investment in beauty dept to help the girls provide an even better service to your clients.
