Always excellent service with Liam, however today when I phoned for an appointment with Liam at 2pm, I was told the appointment was with another person when I got there, it meant I had to repackage and wait for one and half hours.

A change of colour and hairstyle today. I have so much confidence in Lucy who carried it off with skill and professionalism. I also liked the way she nurtured less experienced staff around her and gave guidance. Quite expensive but worth every penny.

Really great service whilst I was there. Unfortunately the online booking service didn't appear to have worked, as I was not included on the system or bookings for the day, but when I showed my email confirmation there was someone available to do the haircut.

This is a super salon. Usually right on time, most stylists listen very carefully, but are not afraid to give thoughtful and informed opinions, and I've never been disappointed in the result. The coffee is great too! Ambience could improve with a little more consistency in the temperature; the heating was broken before Christmas in the reception area, but it is often a bit erratic in different parts of the building, though always ask as the staff will adjust it for you. One final potential worry: I hear a rumour they might be getting rid of loyalty cards?! This would be a severe downer as prices are quite high, and though the cards take a while to complete, £30 off a visit once one has spent £450 is something of an incentive to keep paying them.
