You are always greeted in a warm fashion and looked after, but today I had to ask for a drink and the chair behind me had dirty tissues and a dirty towel on it. Very unusual. Koula as usual was wonderful.

The staff on the Reception/pay desk are more often than not inattentive and disinterested in customers. There have been only a handful of times when I've not had to wait for staff to finish personal conversations before serving customers. There is only one member of staff who always goes the extra mile and is friendly and chatty, working on Reception as far as I've observed. The stylist who I use is always up to date with the latest colouring techniques and is forthcoming with recommendations for alternative styles/ colours which I like!

Generally the experience I receive is always good, however there is one particular point I would like to make that would make my experience better...and others I suspect. Please could you do something about your wash basins? For years now I have had a problem with them. I am quite long in the body/tall and the basins continually fall down when the hairdressers washing hair put the slightest pressure on them. Often the rubber neck bands on the basins are missing too. The only way to try to be comfortable is to slouch on the chair with your legs dangling off.

Loved the salon and the staff were very friendly. Was left sitting around for 20 minutes after my appointment time which was a little disappointing although I love my hair cut
