I have been a customer both at the hair department and beauty department since 2011 and have always found it a great experience. The place itself is bright and airy, the layout always clean and tidy. The staff in reception, the juniors washing my hair, plus the hairdressers and beauticians, have always been friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend Jo and Cass. The only downside I have to mention is that there have been times when I've reached the beauty department 3 floors up, only to find the toilet out of action.
