I just walked in on a off chance to see if I can have my nails done. The lovely lady at the reception checked for me and found me an appointment with Steph straight away. Steph is absolutely fabulous. My nails are beautiful. THank you so much.

Went in with hair like straw and the senior stylist gave me advice on haircare, lovely highlights, and a good cut and made me look presentable again

I had to rearrange my usual cut and colour due to the death and funeral of a close friend; as I usually see Hayley I tried to book for the following Saurday (she is only available Fridays and Saturdays) and was advised Hayley did not start until after 9.00 am but another member of staff could colour at 8.30 am and then Hayley would cut and finish. I booked the appointment and attended at 8.30 as per appointment; Hayley came in especially early to do my colour. I am so very pleased with the personal service at Jo and Cass - and especially with Hayley who went out of her way to come in early for me. Every appointment is perfect; all staff - from reception to coffee makers - are so polite and cheerful; I cannot fault Jo and Cass Lancaster and will continue to spread the word; in addition, I also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Chloe today and she was so helpful and knowledgeable.
