Great salon. Really attentive. Brilliant extras like excellent coffee, reminder texts,and (recently improved) wi-fi. Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for with experienced, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a superb service from both front of house staff and the hairdressers. Good range of cruelty free products too.

I have been a customer at this salon for some years now and I have always had top quality service and care. My appointment today meant I was later there than usual and I was surprised to see young apprentices and receptionists cleaning! cleaning when customers were still in the shop I don’t think is acceptable practice. Surely it would benefit the apprentices to concentrate their focus on their learning experience not cleaning mirrors etc. I had to wait 10 minutes to use the toilet as the receptionist was in the toilet cleaning. Whilst this was happening a customer came and stood at the reception desk but after approximately 5 minutes she left as no one attended her, as the receptionist was in the toilet cleaning! A sizeable establishment like this should surely have a professional team of cleaners that enter the premises after the last customer has left and therefore could be cleaned thoroughly and leaving the apprentices and receptionist to concentrate on their jobs.
