On arrival I received a warm and friendly welcome. Arianne was my stylist, she was very professional and asked various questions in order to establish the look I wanted to achieve. Arianne demonstrated great product knowledge, offering great advice on styling products and techniques that would suit my hair. Love the little touches in the salon such as the refreshments (biscuit on the side) that are offered, magazines are always the latest, fresh flowers on display, the Christmas voucher offering money off your next appointment and the great customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this salon to friends and family.
