I understand that they was busy but is there any excuse to be left for 25minutes with wet hair before they got the beaution to brush my hair. I felt like I wasn’t a valued customer and they was just keen on getting as many people booked in and shoved out the door in one morning.

My little girl was so excited to be coming to the hairdressers but the hairdresser didn’t engage with her and seemed irritated by her. Not cool

Went for a restyle from very long hair was taken straight to backwash with no proper consultation on what I wanted.Did not check my hair texture or any problems I have with my hair no advice given nothing! Show the stylist a picture of what I was hoping for ended up nothing like the picture I showed her and 3 inches shorter in the length.Was a very basic cut for someone who had lots of experience.Will not be going back and now have to grow out my hair to get it how I wanted it.The whole experience was very poor and disappointing.
