A very noisy family were in the salon at the same time as me which made my usually very relaxing visit somewhat more stressful. I appreciate that the adult was a paying customer but the fact that it is quite a large room with little to absorb noise made it difficult to even have a conversation with the stylist. And the stylist also found it necessary to apologise!

I think the salon itself looks tired, dusty shelves and in need of a makeover. The staff are lovely and friendly but I think a hot drink offer would be appreciated. I am always pleased with my hair when I leave but feel it would be nice to be in more of a luxurious environment.

Cath did a great job of putting style and body back into an awful haircut that I’d had done there last time (by another stylist with no apology when I complained)! Cath was very pleasant and friendly - unlike the unfriendly welcome on my arrival! It would have been nice to have been offered a drink though. This isn’t much to ask surely, and makes for a much better experience, especially when the customer is rushing off somewhere after.

I understand that they was busy but is there any excuse to be left for 25minutes with wet hair before they got the beaution to brush my hair. I felt like I wasn’t a valued customer and they was just keen on getting as many people booked in and shoved out the door in one morning.

Went for a restyle from very long hair was taken straight to backwash with no proper consultation on what I wanted.Did not check my hair texture or any problems I have with my hair no advice given nothing! Show the stylist a picture of what I was hoping for ended up nothing like the picture I showed her and 3 inches shorter in the length.Was a very basic cut for someone who had lots of experience.Will not be going back and now have to grow out my hair to get it how I wanted it.The whole experience was very poor and disappointing.
