Charlotte is my hairdresser and she is phenomenal! I have been seeing her since my hair snapped off after excessive bleaching and colouring and she has been amazing with me. She never makes me feel judged or embarrassed, she is very accommodating and gives the most professional advice and treatment, and always takes my feelings into consideration. My hair quality has improved tenfold and I have never had any issues. She is incredibly easy to talk to and is so kind and welcoming. She also introduced me to Balmain hair extensions and Olaplex, which despite the price range, has changed my life! Charlotte never pushes any products or forces me to do things, she puts my needs first! I will never see another hairdresser!

I absolutely love coming for my appointments at Image Salon. The girls are all highly professional and welcoming, Steph my stylist is amazing. I arrive feeling dishevelled and frumpy and always leave feeling like I should be in a hair product advert, and I’ve also been totally cared for. In addition to that during these very strange times I feel totally safe in the salon. All the staff have completely embraced the health and safety aspects of maintaining their work throughout Covid and as a result the whole experience is relaxing and an absolute joy. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
