Another great visit to Ikon Hair - Clare and her team took the time to not only curl my hair with GHD for a night out but also gave me step by step advice on how I could achieve the same effect at home.

Always an excellent experience, fabulous people and service and real attention and interest in what I want. Easy access with parking is also useful as is the ease of making appointments. A great salon with great people giving me great results!

When I arrived I was told my usual stylist had left the salon,and it is not company policy to inform clients before they attend their next appointment that they will have a different stylist.I do not think this is good customer service. I had to make a quick decision as to whether to go ahead with the appointment at a stage where my hair really needed to be cut, and I was already in the salon. I realise this is done to stop the leaving stylist poaching clients from the salon, but I personally think this policy is bad customer service. The replacement stylist did a good job and was very helpful, but I am still not happy about the way the situation was handled.
