As always treated with excellent customer service and made to feel comfortable before having my hair cut Nice to have some refreshments and to chat with the staff Good quality for the service I required and must congratulate Daniel on his managing of the process throughout the time of his cutting Also a nice friendly reception from the desk on arrival and departure Would recommend this establishment to others to use

With regard to the overall environment I found the music unusually loud on my last appointment. I also think it is time the sofas were reupholstered or replaced they have definitely seen better days.
