Welcoming atmosphere at the salon. If you need advice on style or colour this will be done professionally and variations advised so you feel confident that the end result will suit you. I have used this salon for several years and have never felt that I need to redo when I get home. The cut is always excellent. Appointments are easy to make and generally there is no waiting when you arrive but if there is someone will acknowledge tha. Of course the range of drinks is good too.

Have been a client here for about 17 years. The atmosphere and client care demonstrated is second to none. Always a friendly cheerful and professional service provided. Spirit is lifted after each visit. A well run establishment which caters for every clients’ individual needs. Thank you

I’ve been getting my haircut by Neil for a few years now and always had an excellent experience, whether that be quality of haircut or just spending the time chatting. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This was my second visit to House of Hair and Beauty, and once again I had such a lovely experience. The first time, I came for a long blow dry with Sarita which was amazing—she’s so professional and instantly makes you feel comfortable. The salon is also perfect if you wear a hijab, as there’s an entire floor dedicated just for women, which gives so much peace of mind. This time, I booked in for a wet cut and Sarita did an incredible job. She cut my hair perfectly and evenly, made the whole process calm and enjoyable, and even included a little head massage which felt amazing. Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A solid 10/10!
