I had an Indian Head massage and could not fault it at all. The therapist explained everything she was going to do before the massage and checked that I had no injuries, allergies or anything she needed to know. The therapy was expertly done - very relaxing - the therapist kept checking that I was ok with the pressure and how I was feeling. At the nd I was given great advice about drink plenty of water and not doing anything too active for the rest of the day. I felt it was excellent value for money and the therapist was also extremely good - I left feeling very relaxed - can't wait to book again!
