This is a beautiful salon and staff were pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I would not recommend to family as I did not realise this is a dog friendly salon. Several of my family have allergies and the presence of dogs would make them significantly ill. The treatment room was very pleasant likewise the member of staff who delivered my treatment. Sadly the luxury and relaxation was spoiled by the noise of a dog barking. Shame really as it’s a lovely salon with lovely staff.

I booked to have eyebrow wax with Lisa.i was advised by her colleague who was busy with a customers nails that Lisa was in a room and would be with me shortly. When Lisa’s colleague had finished the customers nails they both went into a room with Lisa. Both reappeared and I was told Lisa would be another15-20 mins. I advised I could not wait 15-20 mins and would need to cancel. Lisa’s colleague advised she could wax my eyebrows. I agreed . I am now wondering whether to try somewhere else !

No one on reception or in sight when I got there. No refreshments ordered and I was not asked for my reward card to collect points.

Amazing cut and colour and lovely friendly staff. However I was a bit gutted with the price. It seems to have climbed up quite a bit and although I love my hair I may have to consider finding somewhere a bit cheaper. My hair is quite short and over 70.00 for a cut and colour every 6-8 weeks is too expensive.

Only thing I found strange this visit was hair at neckline was bone dry after it had been washed by Lily I dont think it was washed as I couldn't feel her washing this only the hair on top of head . The Polish lady who cut my hair was lovely even though I was booked in with Danielle who had apparently left but was not informed of this but overall happy with my lovely cut.

I have used this salon for many years and I've never had a complaint. Enjoyed a wonderful afternoon in the capable hands of Donna, true professionalism and a credit to the company
