I arrived early for my appointment. No one spoke to me, I had to ask if they were expecting me and they said yes. At around the time of my appointment I was offered a drink. I waited for 40 minutes after my appointment time, no one spoke to me during this time. I then asked what time my appointment was as I assumed I’d got it wrong, I was told yeah, it was a while ago, but the person having her hair done had thick hair so blame her. The person getting their hair done was the child of a member of staff who I’m assuming had been pushed in at the beginning of my appointment. I found this extremely rude. Such a shame as when I eventually got my hair done about 50 Minutes after my appointment time, the hair dresser was lovely, knowledgeable and I was really happy with my hair cut. It would have been nice to have been told they were running late and given the option to come back, rather than being ignored for all that time and only given an explanation when I asked.

Had gel toes and have had to go and get them redone

Booked my appointment 3 weeks ago for eyelash infills I am a regular customer for over 3/4 years now. Booked in with nadina was told she was too busy to do my lashes which I had the appointment in for 3 weeks in advance. Had my lashes done not thick enough to what I normally get not going to last me the next 3 weeks like I normally do going to cost me more to sort out. Never had issues however not very happy about this. Going to have to spend money on strip lashes to thicken my eyelashes up costing me more money. Staff are lovely I can not fault them however feel let down when had an appointment booked in advance and changed last minute when I arrived at salon.

I have only rated the quality and value for money that low as my daughter got her nails done yesterday with builder gel and within 7 hours one has already came off. She has had her nails done here several times before and this is the first issue we have had

Lovely girls, friendly and hardworking. I was just a surprised on the pricing: Id had a good experience with Lisa for a cut and blow dry two weeks beforehand for around £40 This time I was charged £56 for full head highlights, £20 for the blow dry and £5 to trim my fringe , plus £15 I had paid as a deposit It’s the extra £20 for the blow dry I don’t understand? Would you have sent me home with wet hair if I hadn’t had a blow dry Im usd to spending money on my hair but just felt the pricing wasn’t clear?

Although staff (Kyle) was lovely and I like my cut. My curls dropped out before lunch time, before I got to the wedding i was attending. I did say that my hair didn’t hold very well and ask for tighter curls and more spray to hold but this was disregarded so the money spent on the curling was wasted which is a shame. . Kyle was lovely and patient not asking me too many questions about products etc, as I had already said I wasn’t a huge fan of hair dressers. That I always feel really awkward and uncomfortable, with questions about the treatments etc. Kyle made me feel slightly less anxious than I usually do which is something that would encourage me to use the salon again.
