They was very frienldy and welocoming, my daughter was treated well and she done a great job too,for figetty customer on the seat, especialy when your client is 4 years old. over all i was more than happy with the service provided and as a dad whom is qiuet new to dealing with my daoughter's hair, thay was very profesional.

Jennifer is my go to stylist for a year now. I love how she knows my hair and gives me advice. She always makes sure I’m comfortable happy but most importantly that my hair is looking it’s absolute best. I’ve seen her this time really help out the new stylist who was clearly struggling. She did this whilst taking care of her own customers. Honestly I wouldn’t go to anybody else!

I have neglected my hair for a number of years due to various things; I was very nervous, apprehensive too, I booked my appointment online did not know what to expect! Whilst on my way for the appointment, I received a call from an unknown number, answered it, I was informed that the hair stylist is running late because of the transport disruptions. I appreciated this. I arrive on time, the shutters are still down, obviously I already know why, which makes me feel more at ease, because I received a telephone call prior, which I perceive as a professional business with customer service on point. Ten minutes later the shutters are up, my heart is racing because it is time. First impressions does count with business relying on clients. The hair stylist was very polite and helpful. When it is about hair, I am clueless and so she took her time to explain about the weave. I had booked online, but because I did not clarify over the phone I misunderstood what I wanted done, I thought I would have to reschedule, fortunately for me, she managed to something very similar. I am very grateful and pleased with the outcome. She was also very understanding because my hair is seriously damaged. My confidence has increased too. Thank you Hiikuss.
