They was very frienldy and welocoming, my daughter was treated well and she done a great job too,for figetty customer on the seat, especialy when your client is 4 years old. over all i was more than happy with the service provided and as a dad whom is qiuet new to dealing with my daoughter's hair, thay was very profesional.

Keep up the good work! My only complaint is the inconvenience of having to bring cash on weekend due to your no card payment policy @ weekends!

Simone was welcoming and accommodating to fit me in around her existing clients as I had a hair emergency. Efforts were definitely made to save my hair and she even stayed late to make sure the outcome was acceptable, styling the hair with care and precision. Now I just need to get used to having super short hair!

Staff are friendly . Give you advice on hair . The stylist who done my hair , just how I wanted it. Am quite fussy when it comes to styling. Well done excellent job 😁 Also value for money.

Florence gave me a 1st class Fabric Reset treatment, I can tell she’s a seasoned professional. I was asked how i wanted my hair styled and if i wanted a trim and loved the results. The salon was very accommodating of my baby, allowing me to feed as necessary and they even played with him. Only reason I have given 10/11 for treatment is because it might be nice to offer tea and a biscuit to clients. This is usually standard practice now in salons but it’s certainly not a negative that i wasn’t offered. I didn’t seek or receive any advice on my hair either hence the rating there.

My experience at Hikuss is always good. The stylist that did my hair was very professional and knew what she was doing. The actual salon is clean and the staff there are very friendly. I am definitely going back. This was my first experience with Teza my stylist and she did an amazing job, my hair was stylyed to perfection, she gave me good advice and recommendations.
