i have fine mixed hair and I was allocated to a staff member for wash and blow dry.The staff was unknown to me She did not introduce herself she did not ask me about the temperature of the water and how I normally have my hair done She did not know about blow dry silky and has no clue about what I needed to be done She did not know what brush to use, she used the comb and the blow dry to hen a big brush considering my hair is medium short. I told her that I have never had my hair done this way I asked her if there was a medium brush I was then taken by another staff who was processional, knows what she is doing and she was very confident At last I had someone who is experienced The rating is based on the her
