Always love the service provided here. Always friendly and put extra effort in what they do :) Would’ve given the overall environment question a 10/10 only downfall was it was chilly and the heater weren’t working. Other than that I love this place!

Loved the treatment, it was great but disappointment with my braids is immeasurable. I like how the style for the most part and the partings. However, my issue is that the front of my hair was left unknotted and was not set with hot water, despite me voicing my concern that the hair will unravel, I was simply told it wouldn’t and it would be fine – it was not! To pay money for hair that didn’t even last the journey home is incredibly frustrating, especially as it could have been prevented. It was a prioritisation of aesthetic choice over my preference for longevity. Had to go elsewhere to fix the hair. Salon and staff otherwise nice, it’s just so unbelievably annoying having to fix your hair after it was done, if I didn’t voice my concerns there, it would’ve been my bad, but I did and I still went home with unraveling hair. For this reason I won’t be back unfortunately.
