Loved the treatment, it was great but disappointment with my braids is immeasurable. I like how the style for the most part and the partings. However, my issue is that the front of my hair was left unknotted and was not set with hot water, despite me voicing my concern that the hair will unravel, I was simply told it wouldn’t and it would be fine – it was not! To pay money for hair that didn’t even last the journey home is incredibly frustrating, especially as it could have been prevented. It was a prioritisation of aesthetic choice over my preference for longevity. Had to go elsewhere to fix the hair. Salon and staff otherwise nice, it’s just so unbelievably annoying having to fix your hair after it was done, if I didn’t voice my concerns there, it would’ve been my bad, but I did and I still went home with unraveling hair. For this reason I won’t be back unfortunately.

i have fine mixed hair and I was allocated to a staff member for wash and blow dry.The staff was unknown to me She did not introduce herself she did not ask me about the temperature of the water and how I normally have my hair done She did not know about blow dry silky and has no clue about what I needed to be done She did not know what brush to use, she used the comb and the blow dry to hen a big brush considering my hair is medium short. I told her that I have never had my hair done this way I asked her if there was a medium brush I was then taken by another staff who was processional, knows what she is doing and she was very confident At last I had someone who is experienced The rating is based on the her

The staff are amazing. This is my 5th time going here now. Had my first silk press by Diana and it was a great experience. She taught me a lot about my hair and it’s so silky and soft
