As always visiting Heads was a pleasure. The young ladies are welcoming, caring and happy to help in any way. Their willingness to share knowledge on products and suggests items when not prompted has been improving. I appreciate any suggestions made as to what I should try or should be using in my hair. Even asking the question are you happy with what you are using or what are you using at the moment it really good. Actually Bree picked up that I had be been using a product that Grace had sold me. I was impressed. I might not buy it straight away but I will think about it. Bree gave me some samples of the new range and asked for my feedback. I thought that was great. I look forward to my next visit. Thanks Renate
