I am a Senior Citizen recovering from cancer. I want to show my appreciation to the Yashka the senior Hairdresser at Heading Out Fitzroy for the care and attention given to me during my Hair Cut and Colour Appointment yesterday. Her skills as a Hair Stylist are excellent. I would like to thank her for making me feel good and a whole lot better after the Hair Cut and Colour! Thanks also to Stella for her Hair Wash and Head Massage and making me feel so comfortable. 🙏 Marlene Clarke

I had an appointment for beauty services. That was all very satisfactory. During the session, the beautician mentioned a lash serum. She didn't put any pressure, just mentioned it and said to talk to ***** at reception as she had been using it and had had good results. Unfortunately after using the lash serum which cost about $70ish for three months supply, I developed a bad reaction overnight on both eyes. They were very red and very itchy the next day even though I followed the instructions very carefully. Naturally I don't want to use it again and feel like I have wasted that money. I have never had any reaction to hair or beauty products before and have always been happy with my visits and the services. :-(
