I rarely write Google reviews but my experience at Heading Out is worth sharing. As soon as I step through the salon doors, I know I am in good hands, This is a hardworking, professional team who take their craft seriously and also aim to please. They work with you, rather than mind read, or simply go through the motions to get you in and out the door. There are no shortcuts taken in providing a quality service, and the salons have a nice ambiance - a not so bad way to pass a couple of hours, having your locks tended to, or receiving an immaculate manicure. It’s obvious Head Guru, Caterina, has excellent recruitment and training skills, as it doesn’t matter who you see, as everyone’s great at their job! But a special shout out goes to Minh, Jeske, Jasvir, Chiara, Stella and Nona, whose advice and services I rely upon.
