I loved the salon, I was happy I got the opportunity to come as a model and will be back as a regular client. The salon felt like home and I got treated like royalty. Even as someone paying a discounted price as a model. The standard was above and beyond. The pricing is what I would have paid at a rubbish get you in and out, salon... and I got treated so nicely. The prices and how they format them are really great. You can almost choose your price range depending on who does your hair. I have full trust in everyone’s skills and the choice of hairdressers so I can really choose my price range. Great, warm salon and excited to come in for my bookings.

My hairdresser was running 25min late which was a little annoying but other than that I couldn’t fault the experience of service.

Hello, I love going to Heading Out Fitzroy. I feel very looked after and nurtured. A little negative feedback though - the arm chairs upstairs are pretty conspicuous in their very worn appearance - which doesn't fit with the pristine look of the overall salon. Instead of some of the art (especially that big flower thing upstairs which can't be appreciated properly as you can't get far enough away from it to view it), perhaps invest in new arm chairs. I look forward to my next appointment in a few weeks.

Washing hair skill should be improved, feel like my hair is not washed properly as his fingers only touch the surface of my hair. Apart from that, the rest are fine :)
