Miserable day, awful weather, rotten city traffic and I was 15 mins late, but then I went to Fitzroy and not only came out with amazing hair but felt lifted, because the staff at heading out Fitzroy (especially Klara) always make you feel happy, welcome and special and its genuine and much appreciated. Just a class act overall!
