i booked for a full leg and bikini wax and it look an hour and a half! usually that's an hour at the most, i was running really late for the rest of the day

Just by having a clipper cut Danny has freshened my hairstyle so it looks as if I have had a complete cut and colour. Great advice as to how I can keep the colour lasting longer until the gorgeous Klara can weave her magic again. In less than half an hour Danny has revitalised my haircut and I couldn't be happier!!! Until next time......many thanks Danny. If I could adopt you I would. Tee hee. Xx

I will never visit this salon again - the hairdresser who did my hair was lovely however I feel that I am not welcome here and that my hair is "too hard" - I'm extremely offended. I had a similar experience years ago at the Balwyn salon and that is why I stopped going there - now that Monica is at Fitzroy, again I feel that whenever I make appointments she makes a big deal about "how hard" my hair is and I feel offended. Getting my hair done is a treat. I will be going somewhere where I feel good afterwards not that I have put someone out by my terrible hair.

Thank you for your feed back . We are sorry to that you were made to feel that your hair was too hard as this was not the intention. Unfortunately on the original stylist you were booked in with has a wrist injury and was unable to perform blowaves on long hair. This is why you were contacted to see if you could come in and see one of our other stylists that could perform your blowave to the standard you deserve and expect. We hope that you will reconsider not returning to the salon as we believe all of our clients should leave feeling confident and looking great
