Laura always does a great job on my hair, she is friendly and chatty which is lovely, also the young lady who washed my hair did a fab job too

The only reason I didn’t score high for recommending friends etc is because I am not local to Lincoln I was visiting for the weekend. My hair was lovely and Georgina was amazing who did it, Was lovely and she cut it just as I requested, very happy customer

Lovely cut by a lovely lady. My only complaint, and this is reflected in the scores, is I booked one service and was charged over 50% more after completion. I am not a hair dresser, I have no idea if a 2-3” trim is different to a 4-5” trim, so the moment you knew the service was going to cost more than the service booked is the moment you should have informed the customer and not just upped the price after the cut is finished when the customer is left with little choice but to pay it. What if I didn’t have the extra money!?! Communication is key ;-)

I have been a regular customer for a few years & on whole very happily with my colour & if something isn’t right it is sorted out straight away. Communication broke down & notes weren’t made from my last appointment, so when my hair was coloured this the salon was busy they were running behind so quite rushed & not the same person who coloured it last time. So the conversation about what they were going to try this time was not on my notes & my hair looks more balayage hair as my roots are bolder than the length & that was not what I wanted. I was advised to book in for a full hair colour which I have had a few times before but thought this time we were doing a toner or coloured conditioner on lengths. To be honest a bit disappointed with my hair this time around whereas usually leave feeling great about my hair.
