I’ve ben attending this salon since 2018 & the team have always catered for my needs without hesitation. All of them are smiley and approachable and I can tell the team loves to work at Head Office. I have to give a shout out to Jess who really excels both professionally and at communicating any concerns or hesitations I have with hair colour/transformations. To add to that she cut my baby’s little hair which is a very difficult ask but she nailed it! He will be her regular client now. I have to also mention Mia, & Charlotte & Ruth who often look after my other son. They are all fantastic.

I have only marked down as it was advised that the person my appointment was with hadn't been told I had arrived and was waiting, meaning I was sat in the waiting area for 20minutes. (Chairs were comfy so that's a win). Otherwise my experience was really good. Jazz was really lovely and did a cracking job on my barnet and had good craic. Will be back next time.
