I started going to Head Office around 5 months ago ,although intermittently before then. I have been to many high quality salons in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire and I have found Head Office to be really different in a very positive kind of way . It is the first time that a hair professional Hayley has really asked me as to what I would like to achieve with my hair , rather than just having my hair highlighted every 4-6 weeks at other salons , going blonder and blonder until I felt too blonde and then deciding to go dark which was always a mistake. As I said, I have now been asked what I would like from my hair and Hayley gave me suggestions that I had never thought were viable and never a solution I had imagined was available. So to enhance my longer bob I started with extension tapes for the first time at nearly 60! And I absolutely loved them, they made such a difference as to what I could do with my hair, leaving down or up. Since then I have progressed to having hair wefts which are even easier to manage , even for me! The underlying condition of my hair is massively improved and is growing nicely under the extension. Meanwhile I am now progressing to an even more Exclusive level of hair extension quality and I can’t wait. Head office has a lovely atmosphere between everyone and Marie is very hands on passing on her expertise to her staff and customers . Thank you once again Nicky
