The staff are pleasant, helpful and attentive, I’m very happy. The toilet area could do with a spruce up, & check the light’s always working, paper supplies etc.

Environment is only a 6 at the minute as youve got renovation work going on, but it didnt really bother me anyway. Environment is usually good but felt odd marking it a 9-10 with ongoing work. Service brilliant as always.

I always return to this salon. They take the time needed for my thick hair and are always courteous and efficient. I have no problem at all with the quality of service, my hair always ends up just as I asked. . The only small gripe, there was an older lady making drinks and washing the mugs. I saw her collecting dirty latte glasses, running them under the cold tap with no washing up liquid or sponge/dishcloth, she just stuck her fingers into the glass and gave it a quick swill before drying and putting away. The only thing I would do different on my next visit is refuse a drink!
