They always meet and greet me using my name. Make me a cup of coffee, put nice music on. The salon is always clean and tidy. Inclusivity is a really big thing that I would support too.

The Head Office team are fabulous. Lovely service and experience every time. I always feel listened to and advice around styling has been spot on every time. The salon feels welcoming and light and I always enjoy my appointment time for colour, cut or extensions. The team are knowledgeable and experienced and I highly recommend for a range of services.

My first visit to Head Office and had a lovely experience. Everyone very welcoming, had a really good vibe to the place. Sarah cut my hair and was very friendly and proffesional, cut my hair just how I wanted it, will be returning.
