I came in with a specific requirement and this was not met, I was in my opinion overcharged and I will need to go elsewhere to achieve my cutting requirement costing me even more money. I do not believe she was trained to use clipper's totally failed to complete the task. No but I would like a refund as my undercut is still overgrown and she missed the point, I didn't say anything as I'm really nervous around the use of clippers which I did mention to her once I felt she didn't have the clipper skills I just wanted the blow dry done and to get out of the salon.i booked the blow-dry only because walking into a salon just to get my nape shaved is awkward, I need it tapering and tidying not just the bottom end shaved away but now I cannot return because a) I've left this review and b) like I said I'm really nervous re clippers and feel that you aren't competent to rectify the issue. Please refund my £35 if not I may go public with my negative review. Thanks again though, skills aside you were polite enough but the whole experience was stressful and unrelaxing plus another stylist interrupting you twice to discuss whether to tap someone's roots or not. I'm left in a difficult situation now as £35 down so can't afford to go elsewhere plus even more nervous about a bad job being done with yourselves or elsewhere! Mostly new young hairdresser. No conversation going while cutting hair. Didn’t like my haircut at all. Not worth what I pay for. Better go to more experienced one.

I was booked in with Donna at 3:30 for a blow dry. I booked in with Donna because I know she does my hair well. It wasn’t Donna who did my hair and there was no explanation why it was somebody else.As my hair is naturally curly, it does need a good blow dry and products on it to keep it smooth.I explained this to the girl who did my hair. I only had a tiny amount of smoothing cream placed at the back of my head and not all over. The blowdry left my hair extremely frizzy due to having hardly any product on it. I never would normally send a review like this as I have always been happy leaving the salon and have been coming to you for many years. Just an explanation or phone call to tell me why Donna couldn’t do my hair would’ve been nice beforehand as I would’ve booked with somebody with a bit more experience.
